ABOUT THE ROLE
No day will ever be the same in this reservations role! The role will be heavily customer service offering fantastic products to your customers.

DUTIES
*Working in a great team taking reservations over the phone & email
*Quoting a wide variety of products
*Converting quotes into bookings
*Selling additional products and services

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Travel or hotel reservations experience (1 year min)
*Customer service
*Presentable and a professional attitude
*Has a keen appreciation to provide exceptional customer service
