Cafe Valetta is looking for a Sous Chef
We want a candidate who's looking for an opportunity to run the kitchen during various services, has a passion for cooking, who doesn't mind hard work but also wants to balance life between personal and work commitments.
This is a hands on role, therefore we require the candidate to have strong leadership and to full fill the following qualities:
- strong communication
- ability to motivate, lead and develop all kitchen staff
- exceptional organisation skills
- to be able to work within a friendly team environment
- previous experience in a similar role
In return we will provide you with:
- an attractive salary plus superannuation and potential bonuses to the successful candidate
- flexible working hours - We are open Monday to Sunday 7:30am - 3pm and Friday & Saturday nights - on an alternating roster you are required to do just 2 nights per fortnight.
- 40 - 45 hours per week
