'The Grain Store' in Melbourne CBD is looking for a kitchen and  business leader that can run our professional kitchen on all levels. The successful applicant will take on the full business responsibilities from the current owner, to free up his valuable time.

As our ideal candidate, you will need to:

• Be able to work independently and consistently in the busy and vibrant 'Grain Store'.
• Have extensive experience in the creation and preparation of high standard breakfast and lunch dishes.
• Have strong work ethics and a 'can do' attitude to motivate the team and maintain good relationships.
• Demonstrate sound administrative and financial skills needed to successfully run a high volume kitchen.
• Enjoy expressing your professional creativity with the production of diverse European influenced menus.
