About the business and the role
Marchetti is a small popular licenced Italian cafe in in the Brisbane CBD. We have a small, fun, tight team that is ready for our a new chef to work between the 2 stores. We work together as one to ensure our high end customers expectations are always exceeded.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Preparing all Breakfast, Lunch and pastry menu items. Working under our brilliant experienced head chef and utilizing a slowly changing collaborative Italian inspired seasonal menu. Ordering from suppliers, stock control, quality control and ensuring high standards.
Skills and experience
You must be a Junior qualified chef OR experienced cafe cook that is fast, super organized and have excellent plating skills. Team players only!
