Experienced, qualified chef required for busy Surry Hills Irish Hotel. High volume pub menu. The venue has a good size kitchen with strong, skilled team, who can help to learn and further your career. Must be team player, willing and able to work split shifts including weekends. Must speak and understand English and provide written references. This position is long term and as such we are not looking for working holiday applicants. Hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Central Station and 2 minutes from Oxford Street therefore easy for public transport.
Salary is in accordance with experience.
Key Requiremnts are;
1. Completed Trade Certificate (Cert 111) essential
2. Hard working with a professional appearance and positive attitude
3. Ability to maintain excellent presentation of food
4. Food hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices
5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
