This Bar serves exquisite and quirky cocktails with a focus on clean, fresh and fun flavors. A lush garden courtyard spills from the cocktail bar and serves as a little hidden retreat and is a favorite spot for after work drinks. The role is suitable for students or even those just wanting some extra work as the hours are very flexible with the option of weekdays and weekends on a part time basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Take beverage orders
- Collecting money for drinks served.
- Check identification of customers in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Balance cash receipts.
- Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons.
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
Must have an RSA or be willing to obtain one.
