The W Brisbane venture will be the fourth Three Blue Ducks restaurant nationally and the first in Queensland. Three Blue Ducks is looking for a talented and experienced Head Bar Tender for this exciting adventure!
Must haves:
- At least 2 years experience in Bar Supervision
- Demonstrated experience leading a bar team
- Passionate and knowledgeable about everything in the Bar - product and people
- Focus on service and proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Extreme organisational skills and driven in setting up systems and solving problems
Three Blue Ducks has a strong ethos for sustainability and food awareness. In this role you will be required to collaborate and own it to ensure you are orchestrating all bar operations and managing a dynamic team that will be inspired and love what they do.
