Bondi Pizza, one of Sydney's most innovative and exciting casual restaurant concepts currently has seven locations across Sydney; Bondi Junction, Brighton Le Sands, Parramatta, Eastgardens, Top Ryde, Macquarie & Broadway with plans to expand further.

We are currently seeking Restaurant General Managers & Restaurant Managers for various positions available throughout our restaurants. 

The successful applicants will work alongside a team of professionals committed to the casual dining experience.

Primarily, the Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the Restaurant. They must ensure that the service standards are at an optimum level and ensure that all employees are provided the training and support to deliver these high standards as expected. They will inspire and motivate the service team to ensure continued success of the Restaurant. A key component of the role is to manage the financial success of the Restaurant by way of effective rostering, managing expenses and driving revenue.

The successful candidate must, possess:

- Previous high volume restaurant management experience

- An unrelenting focus on customer service and satisfaction

- Outstanding team leadership skills and a thirst to develop the team

- Immaculate personal presentation

- Solid communication skills

- Proven business acumen
