On King St Wharf in Darling Harbour, Cargo is relaxed waterside lunches by day, and notorious for its nightlife which starts off civil and always ends a storyteller!
Cargo requires Casual Cooks and Chefs who love good food and are passionate about producing it.
We aim to provide a relaxed pub dining experience, without compromising on the standards and quality of our fare.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Confidence in their cooking abilities
- Creativity and high presentation standards
- The ability to create dishes with consistency
- An understanding of Food Safety and OHS requirements
- The ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills with an approachable manor
Experience Required:
- We are looking someone who has experience in a similar role, has strong communication skills and enjoys new challenges.
