About the business and the role
Luigi's Restaurant is an Award Winning Restaurant looking for an apprentice chef to join our team. We are a busy Italian restaurant serving traditional and modern Italian cuisine using the freshest possible ingredients. We are open 7 days for lunch and dinner
Applicants must be hard working, enthusiastic and passionate.
- Previous kitchen hand/kitchen experience not necessary but will be well regarded;
- Passion and enthusiasm to be a part of the hospitality industry;
- Ability and willingness to learn from senior mentors and other members of staff;
- Professional and friendly manner, who carries themselves with great presentation.
- Ability to work any day of the week, including evenings
- Demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure
- Available for an immediate start
