This venue located in Geelong is a large, busy restaurant and bar with the ability to host large events. The venue is known for amazing food, stand out cocktails, vast wine list and great service. Newly renovated just 12 months ago this venue is designer cool with a strong local following.
About the role
We seek a passionate, service focused, professional Venue Manager to lead our established team of friendly staff. A hands on and lead by example approach to Management is required for the continued success of this venue. The successful candidate for this role will have at least 5 years in a similar role in other high end establishments. Someone who is able to train younger more inexperienced staff into high level service professionals is the person we seek for this role. A strong financial Management background in similar roles will be favoured in a candidate.

Skills and experience
The right candidate will have at least 5 years in a similar role, A valid RSA for Victoria is essential. Someone who has Managed a busy 100 - 200 seater restaurant and experience in event coordination will be favoured as a candidate. A strong 'People Manager' is required for this role along with a great food and wine knowledge.
