As we continue to improve and enhance our food offer, we continue to seek out the best talent! There's lots going on at our client site and we're currently looking for a Sous Chef to run the kitchen looking after our brand new, innovative & exciting meeting & event space. You'll oversee the food & beverage offer for a variety of spaces serving internal and external clients. You'll have the support of senior staff in offering a varied & innovative menu and work with your team to ensure you run an efficient, smooth & inspiring kitchen.
This is predominantly a Monday-Friday role with some evening work so offers a great work life balance!
What we'd expect from you:
- You’ll be overseeing the kitchen for our brand new meeting & event space as well as functions across campus
- You’ll have a passion for excellent quality food, produce and service
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of kitchen, with support on offer from senior Chefs
- You’ll have an ability to maintain a calm and respectful demeanor always; no matter the pressure!
- The personal drive and passion to deliver the highest quality food, customer service and ensure consistency in presentation
- Complying with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines
- You'll be a qualified Chef with experience in a similar role or business
