The Graphic Arts Club are looking for an experienced Bar / Gaming / Customer Service STAR who can take the lead on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and be responsible for overseeing operations through to close.
Hours of work:
- Wednesday 8pm-1am
- Thurs-Saturday - 8.30pm-1.30am
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all operations in a hands on capacity
- Leading clearances
- Lock up of the venue
- Leading staff
- Ensuring great customer service
To be successful in this role you:
- Have previous hospitality operations experience across Bar, Gaming, TAB & Keno
- Have a passion for providing & ensuring great customer service
- Be an excellent communicator
- Have good cash handling skills
- Have a hands-on approach
- Be able to lead, train & motivate a customer service team
- Be available to work the shifts as stated above
- Be able to stay awake with a smile until after midnight :)
