- A minimum of 3 years Cafe experience in a supervisor/management role
- Impeccable customer service
- Ability to guide and manage all FOH staff and comprehending payroll budgets
- Excellent Barista skills
- Barista art
- Hold a current RSA Certificate
- Ensuring a high level of quality control
- A desire to progress
- Strong rostering and HR experience
This role requires the successful candidate to lead and mentor the team from the front. You are responsible for developing the skills, product knowledge, service standards, and team culture and guest experiences. You will be responsible for the successful operation of the venue and deliver on budget expectations. Key responsibilities will include cost/stock control and variances.
You will be able to influence and motivate the team and ensure our guests receive a memorable, world class experience. We require a leader who can showcase great talent and drive a service focused culture. It will be essential to communicate effectively between all departments of the Hotel.
