Atlas People are seeking a Senior Sous Chef for Venue in Regional South East QLD . Surrounded by beautiful national parks like the Springbrook and Lamington. Explore the scenic rim with the various wineries on offer and camping grounds.This venue is the premier place in town with stunning décor your will feel nice homely with the big roaring fire place.
Job Description
- Working with a kitchen hand cooking for 30-60 Lunch and Dinner
- 2-4 week contract with ongoing work for after
- Good Pub food
About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
The Successful applicant will be a creative chef who will receive complimentary:
- Transport to and from the venue
- Suitable single accommodation
- Meals on Shift
- Competitive Hourly rate for hour you work including public holiday and weekend rates
