The Role

With over 50 years of experience, Alliance Catering (part of the Spotless Group) is considered one of the most trusted names in Business, Education and Aged Care food services. With a focus on fresh food, exceptional service and satisfied customers, we offer great value to our clients.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will supervise and execute functions at a busy and faced paced Education site, mostly located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne

• Maintaining a strong relationship with the clients and customers
• Management and co-ordination of functions

Skills and Experience

• Must have Function Experience Outlined in your work history
• Possess a proven track record developing and co-ordinating numerous functions as well  all-round experience working both Front of House and in a catering role
• Be driven by a desire to provide high levels of communication (with the kitchen and the clients) together with outstanding customer service
• Be flexible with shift times
• Display a strong attention to detail and an ability to work to deadlines while meeting client expectations
• Be highly organized and have the ability to work across numerous client functions simultaneously.
• Be willing to travel to different sites throughout any given week

In order to hit the ground running, you will have:

• Experience co-ordinating catering & events and experience in large Scale Functions
• Experience in menu design and a passion for food
• Client focus
• Excellent presentation

Finally, you will share Alliance's vision for providing food which is fresh, nutritious and of a high calibre, making each dish fresh on site each and every day.
