This fast paced, funky, friendly Cafe, 5 points kitchen in Greenwood needs an experienced Cafe supervisor with excellent Customer Service and Barista skills to manage and inspire our team.

We are looking for someone who has *sparkle* and knows how to be efficient and organised. You will be part of a team with great people.

You need to be super friendly and customer focused, but still crack the whip when required - is that too much to ask?

As the ideal candidate, we will need:

· previous management experience and the ability to develop, train and mentor staff

· you need to be organised, positive, and an out-going person to become our new champion!

· you to understand the operational requirements of running a business

· great barista experience

· good organisational skills

· excellent customer service and attention to detail

· have a good understanding of food makeup and

controls
