About the Role
This company are seeking a hands on, passionate Executive Chef with a background in a hatted Venue, to jump onboard and lead this team in a new and exciting Venture! The direction of the Menu will remain true to it's current style, however seeking someone who will bring a creative flair, sophistication, and innovation to the Menu. This company are seeking someone who will truly embrace everything they stand for, and are committed to continuing their offerings, and where they stand in the Brisbane market. Skills & Attributes;
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Coming from a hatted background is a must
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility when it comes to hours and rosters
