One of Australia's leading and most established Sydney Harbour cruising organisations is in search of a vibrant and efficient Events Coordinator to join their capable team of planners and is ready to take on an individual with developed planning and sales skills.
Working as part of the Events and Sales team, you will be required to:
- Book and manage a variety of functions and events from beginning to end on board the fleet of 7 charter and luxury harbour vessels
- Create bespoke quotations for enquiring clients
- Assist Management in administrative tasks
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
- Tertiary Event Management qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role and ideally from the same or similar industry
- Good teamwork and administration skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone and email conversational aptitude
- A positive can-do attitude that will add value to the team
