Assist other chefs in food preparation and daily menus
Breakfast/Lunch service (occasional dinner)
Liaise with FOH staff on stock levels and ordering
Maintain level of quality and professional presentation of food

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes
-clean/professional presentation
-reliable and punctual
-good communication
-able to work with others in a small team environment
-minimum 2 years experience working in a commercial kitchen
-experience in French/European cuisine a bonus
-eligible to work in Australia
