The current menu caters for everyone - bistro classics, intimate restaurant dining and easy café lunches makes these venues the prefect for socializing with mates, grabbing a quick bite or settling in for the evening . These stylishly designed venues give you the feel of being in a cozy country pub or dining outside in the eclectic streets of Sydney.
The kitchen facilities are big, modern and clean. HACCP procedures are practiced, fully decked out with some great equipment and the current brigade is hard-working and keen to learn. As the Group Head Chef, you will be leading and training the brigade, creating menus, managing the kitchen operations, and bring new, fresh ideas to the table.
The ideal candidate will have multiple venue management experience looking to utilize and grow further with a well-established team. The group are offering a generous salary ranging from $90-$110K + Super.
