We’re looking for a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to step into this exciting Junior Sous Chef position in one of Melbourne’s finest Italian Restaurants.
You will be responsible for taking charge of a section during busy services, and ensuring that all processes in the kitchen are carried out to the required standard, and assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the daily operation of the kitchen as required.
As an experienced Chef de Partie you should demonstrate:
- Longevity in previous roles
- Minimum 2 years working in upmarket or hatted venues
- Experience across all areas of the kitchen
- Level headed and positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Passion for Italian cuisine and real career drive
- Availability to work a flexible full time hospitality roster
