Ubar is currently looking for an experienced, fun and dedicated bar manager to join the team. Main areas of focus will be on revenue growth through capitalising on the existing extensive network, working in closely with the accommodation side of the business to maximise revenues, increasing brand awareness by further developing key relationships in the region and monitoring and adjusting the entertainment and product offering.

This position will require somebody with extensive bar management experience, an understanding of the market, and leadership skills to inspire an existing dynamic team. You must be able to host various bar games/backpackers night whilst also being able to cater to our local customers during the day.

Renumeration for this role is negotiable based on experience..

The successful candidate should have -

• Minimum 1 year management experience, as well as hands on bar experience

• The ability to work as a team player

• Public speaking and Compare experience

• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills

• Selecting, training and developing a team of employees

• Availability to work late nights and weekends

• Security management experience

• Input into the construction of menus and the development of our beverage range

• Developing and implementing promotional schemes
