About you:
- Relevant qualifications
- Experience in an a la carte or fine dining restaurant
- A fire in your belly to learn everything you can and grow as a talented chef alongside our team
- Plenty of pride in the quality of your work
- An interest in local produce, outside of what you find in a supermarket
- Reliable, with a great work ethic.
