This striking venue located in the Bayside suburbs if Melbourne is now looking for the next addition to their energetic team, a talented Chef de Partie!
With a focus on fresh local ingredients and preparing dishes that let the produce shine, the team serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 7 days a week to locals and visitors heading down the coast.
The roster will be a healthy mixture of days, evenings and weekends with shifts spread over a 5 days working week.
To apply for this role you must first display:
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery
- 3 years experience in commercial kitchens
- Working experience across all sections within a commercial kitchen
- Able to keep calm and communicate directly in fast-paced, high pressure environments
- Flexibility and availability to work a full-time roster
