An exciting new restaurant is only a few weeks away from opening their doors to Melbourne diners and launching their Pan-Asian style cuisine in the inner south eastern suburbs.
We are on the hunt for an experienced and creative Sushi Chef who is capable of preparation and delivery of premium sushi/sashimi from whole fish to final product.
The type of Chef we are seeking is someone who has enormous respect for produce and knows how to treat the freshest seafood that will be within the kitchen of this modern fit-out.
In addition you will also:
- Be fully qualified with minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery
- Have at least 4 years experience within high end restaurants as a Sushi Chef
- Be available to work a full-time hospitality roster with a healthy mixture of days, nights and weekends
- Thrive in fast paced environments
- Have the knowledge on how to prepare different types of fresh seafood
