 The Location

The Position:

As our Guest Services/Front Office Attendant, your priority will be to ensure an exceptional guest experience – each and every stay.  Some of your duties will include:

• Provide a warm, welcoming arrival at check-in;
• Go above and beyond to exceed your guests’ expectations during their stay;
• Ensure a positive departure experience with maximum efficiency and minimal fuss;
• Provide general administration and financial support to the business;
• Assist with Food & Beverage tasks
• Assist with accommodation reservations and enquiries.

About you:

We are seeking a Guest Service/ Front Office Attendant with:

• Significant front office experience within a high-end or luxury hotel environment;
• Demonstrated experience working effectively within a team comprised of different personalities and skill-sets;
• The ability to learn new software and systems;
• Immaculate presentation standards;
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
• The ability to recommend and upsell additional products, services, packages and promotions;
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required;
• A current RSA;
