National Hospitality Management has an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef at Platform 28.
We run a highly successful and enjoyable business with constant career opportunities within our sister companies.
We are looking for individuals who can prepare and present high quality modern food, coupled with your ability and consistency you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Implement Food and safety and OHS procedures,
- The ability to work within a team,
- Knowledge of and managing deliveries,
- Some menu planning and costing,
- Training and helping to building a smooth and harmonious team environment,
- Rostering and staff management,
- Working to set budgets with wage, food costs and general expenses.
The successful applicant will have excellent people skills and be able to communicate at all levels. You must be self-motivated and have previous experience in a similar role.
