Commis Chef
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen. Candidates will be passionate about what they do and be able to demonstrate experience working in a high volume and fast-paced kitchen.
Working harmoniously within a close brigade to produce consistent and high-quality meals. Ability to show your skills by helping with specials and menu items whilst always maintaining a high food and safety standard. Innovative ideas and a passion for food is a must, while also being able to work independently and sometimes unsupervised with ease.
Skills, Experience and Availability
· Able to Display an experience level of a commis chef
· Competency in all areas of the kitchen including Health and Safety
· 12 months in a similar role
· Ability to work in Australia
· Ability to work independently
· Able to Prepare and present food in a consistent and timely manner
· High Volume experience a necessity
· Must be available nights and weekends
