ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a supervisory role focused on driving a large talented team with a culture of excellent in guest service standards.
DUTIES
- Supervise a team of 45 porters fostering teamwork
- Man the Concierge desk taking guest phone calls and delegating guest requests to the team
- Supervise the hotel driveway operations
- Ensure regular guests and VIPs are recognised
- Assist with delivery and collection of luggage and valet parking
- Show presence in the hotel lobby area & respond to guest feedback
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Supervisory experience in a hotel environment (food & beverage, front office or housekeeping preferred)
- Experience working in a high pressure environment
- Drivers licence
- Strong communication skills with a genuine and detailed approach to guest service
