About the role
Experience required in all sections including
Grill, Larder & Pastry.
Wood fired kiln experience an advantage
Stock take, HACCAP due diligence, weekly ordering & menu costing experience preferred
Ability to multi task and work as part of a happy team during fast service
Assist with Seasonal menu planning

Skills and experience
Minimum 3 -5 years experience as either CDP or Junior Sous
