We are looking for a passionate, results driven person with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in leading high performance teams in a fast paced environment is a must.
What is the role?
The role will be responsible for the entire workings of the Coffee Club store. It involves co-ordinating and overseeing the different areas of the store, working and leading other key staff, providing supervision and training and development.
What skills are needed?
We are seeking a high calibre individual looking for a challenging role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
At the Coffee Club we believe that ATTITUDE is an important trait - a positive, energetic and 'can-do' attitude is essential.
It is expected candidates will have (ie. SELECTION CRITERIA):
* A MINIMUM 18 months experience in supervising staff - Food Retail is preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Conflict resolution skills.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and meet targets.
* Excellent time management skills.
*Ability to lead a team and manage interpersonal relationships.
* Previous experience training and developing team members.
* Understanding and proven ability in managing COE and COG expenditure.
* Experience with maintenance of stock control.
* A current driver's licence.
* RSA would be preferrable.
* Willingness to work a seven day rotating roster including morning starts and close shifts. This is inclusive of peak holiday periods and public holidays.
