The Irish Village Emerald is an authentic Irish Pub located in Queensland’s Central Highlands District.

We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to grow the business and to assume control of the Day to Day operation of the Hotel.
We are looking for candidates with the Following Qualifications and Attributes:
- Approved Managers Licence
- Night club experience
- Restaurant experience
- History of successful (financial & operational) control of similar businesses.
- Current RSA Certificiate
- Proven experience as venue manager
- Results driven
- Knowledge of KPI's and marketing techniques
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- A knack for problem-solving
- Customer-service orientation
- A team player with leadership skills
- 5 Years Minimum Experience in Similar Role
