Our Restaurant is looking for a talented, produce driven Breakfast Chef to join our team and take our breakfast offering to the next level. This would mean day running of breakfast shift and being able to multitask between different jobs. Common sense and cleanliness are a must. You also must have the ability to produce a consistently high level of quality in your dishes.
The successful applicant will have the following abilities and attributes.
- Have the experience and motivation to work autonomously in the kitchen
- Be competent to take charge of service while being an all-rounder in the kitchen with experience across all sections including Grill. Pans, Larder and Pass
- Have an open-minded and creative approach to creating breakfast dishes
- Work well in a small team
- Have a positive attitude
- don't mind doing more hours occasionally
