Exciting news! Recruitment for the 2018 snow season has begun! We are looking for dedicated, hard working, customer service driven professionals that love creating an experience for customers like no other!
Guest Services Officers
- Assist guests both over the telephone and face to face on a daily basis while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Preferably a background in reception/administration in the Tourism/Accommodation Industry
- Be comfortable dealing with guests and telephone enquiries
- As an option to add further variety to the Guest Services position is Oversnow Transportation where you would drive a skidoo/quad bike to deliver guests luggage to their accommodation. In-house skidoo and quad bike training will be provided.
Operations Officer
- Variety of duties and tasks such as lift operator, ski patrol, grooming, road crew and ticketing
- Customer service and satisfaction is important as is ensuring that customers are safe using our products and services.
- You will have a helpful nature to ensure positive visitor experiences
Food & Beverage Attendants
- Flexible and confident working Front of House, taking customer orders, working with Back of House staff (Chefs, Kitchen Hands etc) to ensure that the order is completed and correct when delivered.
- Cash handling experience
- Stock is replaced when needed
- Responsible for serving drinks and food
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required
- Must have an outgoing personality
Snowsports
You will be instructing people in XC Skiing, Terrain Parks, skiing and boarding disciplines (beginner to advanced). You will be required to undertake other Resort duties to ensure that you have enough working hours – particularly in guest activities. You will be required to maintain and improve your own skills.
- Formal skills in Recreation Education experience in 'High Skilled' Snowsports (Alpine Downhill, Cross Country, Snowboard, Freestyle)
- Must have Level 1 or higher in CSIA, CASI, APSI, BASI, NZSIA and/or PSIA
- Must be physically fit
- Excellent Customer Service skills
All roles may extend to further duties and flexibility is expected that all staff are available to work weekends
Retail Officers
- Respond to guest enquiries with accurate information about our facilities and services
- Cash handling experience
- Ensure guest requirements are met
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Previous Ski or Snowboard hire experience would be advantageous, including skills in equipment tuning and waxing

- Experience in a customer service facing role

- Previous alpine industry experience is adventageous
