An exciting opportunity for a highly talented, creative and dynamic chef to apply their passion to be part of this premium brand and be a major force in driving it to new levels of success!
With quality being 2nd to none, a chef with exposure and experience in Michelin, Hatted or 5-star environments would certainly be able to bring that experience to the fore.
Having had exposure to, and carrying an understanding & appreciation of costings, financials and BOH management is a crucial aspect of this role too.
Servicing a wide variety of VIP & Corporate Events, Launch Parties, this role is kept varied and diverse throughout the week.
This role offers huge scope and opportunity within the business going forward, with the business always looking to stay at the forefront of the premium event catering market.
The chef will also be the face of the business on all events, interacting with clients and guests on all levels - requiring somebody confident, competent and who flourishes in this kind of environment.
