An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, self-starter to work for Frasers Hospitality Australia, with a primary focus on selling Fraser Suites Sydney. The position is Based in Sydney  and reports to the Director of Sales. We seek a passionate and results driven individual to develop and manage new business opportunities for the property, and the greater portfolio.

This Business Development Executive role will be responsbile for: 

• Selling to the corporate, consortia and MICE markets
• Developing new accounts
• Participating at Trade Shows and networking events nationally
• Actively promoting, generating leads, and cross selling across all Fraser properties and work with team members to maximise opportunity
• Ensuring that all responsibilities and deadlines set in the Business Plan are met

The ideal candidate will need to meet the following requirements:

• Be available for regular travel for business purposes
• Degree in Hospitality, business marketing or Business Administration highly regarded
• Hotel Sales experience 
• Good understanding of hospitality and hotels
• Good network of clients travelling for business
• Be a  team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
•  Be Self-driven and able to work within tight deadline and targets
• Have capacity to adapt quickly to market and individual client needs.
• Understand sales strategies and associated practices
• Be organised.
• Have strong negotiation skills
