The team at Marquis of Lorne in Fitzroy is on the search for a Head chef.
Situated on George st in Fitzroy, boasting 3 unique spaces, public bar, dining room and rooftop. Serving food on all levels. This is a busy well respected venue with food being a large focus of our reputation.
We are looking for a seriously driven chef to take charge of our core team. The kitchen aims to serve a produce driven menu with focus on cooking technique - keeping the food simple, flavoursome, and approachable.
