The Reef Hotel Casino is a boutique property situated in the heart of Cairns on the doorstep to the Great Barrier Reef and World Heritage Rain Forest.

We are currently seeking a Hotel Front Office Receptionist with recent, relevant experience in a comparable hotel to The Pullman Reef Casino.

The Front Office Receptionist welcomes our guests and visitors, checking them in and out as required, providing a memorable experience.

This role operates the reception switchboard and reservation functions (Opera) of the Hotels front desk maintaining a professional and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will possess the following requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills and proven organisational and time management skill.

Working knowledge of Hotel/Front Office procedures and policies concerning reservations, room assignments, restaurant and room charges and credit requirements.

Able to accommodate varying shifts including weekends, day, afternoon and evening shifts.

Impeccable standard of grooming and presentation a must.
