Vantage Travel Pty Ltd is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced travel consultant to join our team based in Lidcombe. 

This is a specific role to our corporate business which would ideally suit someone wishing to branch out of a traditional travel agency while still maintaining close involvement within the industry.

As a Travel Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Booking and coordinating corporate travel arrangements for our Partners
• Providing customer service in person, over the phone and via email
• Working closely with the sales team
• Preparing and issuing invoices
• Maintaining financial records
• Keeping up to date with industry training

Criteria for this role includes:

• Certificate III in Travel & Tourism (preferred but not essential)
• Strong knowledge and experience using Sabre
• Strong airfare knowledge
• Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
• High level of organisational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Minimum 2 years work experience
