NOLA Smokehouse in Barangaroo does not stop growing and therefore we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our wonderful Team made of Hospo professionals!
As Restaurant Manager, your main role will be to replace and assist the Senior Restaurant Manager when needed. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a high end, busy restaurant in a similar role, with great understanding of food, wines, cocktails, and spirits. A passion for the industry, pro-activeness as well as a great attitude will also be required to get the job.
If you are passionate in the industry, have great skills with people, enjoy supervising and training a team, and understand that our job is to make sure all our guests leave happy, then this could be the place for you.
As we are a busy restaurant and bar, you will need to be able to stay calm under pressure and smile at all times. Salary between $60,000-$65,000 depending on experience.
Formal qualification in the relevant field will be highly regarded, in lieu of formal qualification at least 3 years work experience in similar role is required.
