An opportunity exists for the right candidate to join the Hotel Canobolas Team as Level One Duty Manager, the Position will involve being a function coordinator as well as the day to day running of Chesterfields Whiskey and Wine

- Experience in training bar staff.
- Cocktail experience & knowledge of wines/spirits is essential
- Be highly energetic, positive hands on manager
- Have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Highly creative/Innovative or willing to work on thinking outside the box
- Extensive Cocktail knowledge
- Excellent people skills and a customer focus
- Self-motivated
