Schinella's Your Local Market is a family owned and operated business, who is seeking an experienced Cook with traditional Italian Cuisine experience. You will be a part of an excellent working culture and enjoy a work-life balance.
We are looking at diversifying our product offering of take-home heat and eat fresh food range, by bringing in the right skills and experience to support our already growing team. The successful applicant must comply with all WHS, Food Safety and HACCP requirements.
The skills & experience required:
- Have at least 1 year of cooking experience in Italian Cuisine
- Efficient and can move with a sense of urgency / able to work in a high paced environment
- Must be able to produce high quality and quantity work
- Can work as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Have passion and drive to continually grow and diversify the business
The successful applicant MUST have full availability - being able to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster, with early morning & afternoon starts, closed on Public Holidays. The position will be casual.
