ADA Cottage is a lovely aged care facility situated in Kandos. An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced kitchen hand/cook.
To be successful in this role you must be an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic candidate with a passion for the provision of high quality services to Veterans and older Australians.
To be successful the candidate should possess or be working towards the following qualifications:
- Certificate 3 in Food Handling or similar
Preferable qualities:
- Team player
- Reliable
- Experienced in the use of a dishwasher and general cleaning
- Knowledge of kitchen chemicals
- Knowledge of hand hygiene and infection control
- Good understanding of English
- Good literacy skills.

This is initially a casual position with opportunity to progress to permanent part-time to suit operational needs.
