flexible restaurants in its class. We are currently looking for a well-qualified full-time Restaurant Manager to join our
busy team. To be considered for this role, the candidate must be able to work independently as well
as a team in a fast paced environment.

RESTAURANT MANAGER
Daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Control and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
• Plan menus by consulting with chefs, estimate food costs and profits and adjust menus
• Monitor quality of service delivered and food quality served at all time through conferring
customer's satisfaction with meals
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing
sanitation standards and procedures
• Handle customer complaints efficiently
• Achieve restaurant’s operational objectives by contributing information and
recommendations to strategic plans, reviews and budgeting
• Arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
• Organize rosters
• Recruit and train new staff
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
• Take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
• Plan and organize special functions
Mandatory Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma Qualification or a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Desirable:
- Good communication skills and a team player
Salary offer is 50-60k plus Super.
