We are currently seeking an experienced and successful Assistant Function Chef to join our brigade at our Waterfront venue located within the Kirribilli Club.

Salary $ 63,000 pa plus super

To be successful in this position;:

Available to work flexible hours including split shifts and weekends.
Be available to work approximately 10 shifts per week
Be hands on in an exciting new role working as an individual or within a team.
A team player who is self-motivated.
Is flexible and has an easy-going personality
Have a positive attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
Creative, passionate, detailed with a can-do attitude.
Has the ability to work closely with Management
Experienced in a quality driven environment is essential.
