If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality

- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have experience in quality a la carte dining
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Know the balance between work and play
We have positions on the Mountains New South Wales at Perisher and Thredbo.
Chefs de Partie, Sous Chef Roles in various locations and styles of venues.
- Accommodation, Meals on Shift and transport will be provided for the right Candidate.
- Say Good Riddance to the long hours at only a Salary Rate. Get paid for every hour that you work. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
