The Role:
As the Bar Manager you will be guiding the teams and introducing your style and finesse on the cocktail menu and brand. Aiding with the day to day operations to insure a high quality of customer service is being delivered.

Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a similar high volume and larger scale venue
- Good premium beverage and cocktail knowledge with a focus on the classics
- Experience in developing and costing menu's.
- Customer service focused.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge with local and international wines ideal.
- Self motivated and able to lead from the front.
- Hands on and able to multi task.
- Strong abilities in training and development of bar teams and focusing on their growth.
- Work well under pressure and adapts to change.
