As a Little Group business, Melbourne Jet Base (MJB) is a unique development operating within Melbourne Airport at Tullamarine. MJB is a private bespoke jet base and offers a variety of services to businesses in the aviation sector, including aircraft hangar parking, offices, warehouse facilities and the supply of support equipment and fuel.

The Role
Working on a casual basis, as a Host at MJB, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding, discreet and professional service to our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)
- Ensure the welcome of passengers and crew with attention, speed and efficiency, making sure that all procedures are followed.
- Meet and greet function for all visitors in a consistently professional and attentive manner.
- Provide support to guests by being the first point of contact at the Aircraft.
Qualifications & Background
- Aviation experience is a must
- Host/ Concierge Background – previous experience in similar role preferred
- Qualification in Customer Service, highly advantageous
- Bi-lingual, highly advantageous
