We are seeking and experienced Sous Chef who will assist in a busy kitchen team. Serving breakfast and lunch for a cafe style menu, 7 days a week

You would be responsible for:

• Setting up with required ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Preparing ingredients for cooking
• Cooking & plating for service
• Planning and pricing menu, & order supplies
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-works and customers

We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef
• Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
